Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical smart NFC cards or digital setup projects can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided production or deployment has not yet commenced.

2. Refunds on Digital Services & Custom Assets

Due to the bespoke, intellectual, and custom-engineered nature of our branding workshops, software suites, and web deployment services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally non-refundable once initial strategy execution or design transfer has started.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
